These terms govern the use of the tooq website and our chauffeur-driven transportation services in Saudi Arabia. By requesting a quotation or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
Our Services
tooq provides chauffeur-driven transportation — airport transfers, city and intercity trips, hourly and daily chauffeur service, corporate transport and event services. All services are provided with a professional licensed driver; we do not offer self-drive rentals.
Quotations & Booking
Prices are quoted per request based on your route, timing, vehicle category and requirements. A booking is confirmed only when you accept the written quotation and we notify you by email, phone or WhatsApp. The confirmed price is final — no hidden fees.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate pickup, destination and contact details.
- Be ready at the agreed time and location.
- Inform us of special requirements (child seats, extra stops, luggage) when booking.
- For airport pickups, share your flight number so we can track delays.
Service Limitations & Liability
We do our best to keep schedules, but arrival times may be affected by traffic, weather or events beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the booked service. We are not responsible for items left in vehicles, though we will always help you recover them.
Conduct
Passengers are expected to treat drivers and vehicles respectfully. We may refuse service in cases of unsafe or unlawful conduct.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
